→ TEAM MANAGEMENT

At Bandsintown, we recognize that artists often rely on a team of hardworking individuals operating behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs seamlessly. To continue supporting collaboration and teamwork, we are excited to introduce our new Team Management feature, which is now available to select artists.* With this powerful tool, you can effortlessly:

  • Add/remove users for the artists you manage

  • Control user access levels

  • Get alerts if someone requests access to your page(s)

To give it a try, go to the Bandsintown for Artists Dashboard > Settings > Team.

*This feature is being gradually rolled out to select artists. If you have not received an email informing you of this feature, it may not be available to you yet. You can confirm your access, you can go to the Bandsintown for Artists Dashboard > Settings > Team. We appreciate your patience!

PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS

→ Artist Insights

We’ve revamped the Artist Dashboard with new insights that provide a more comprehensive view of your marketing efforts and performance trends. With the new insights module, you can track your page performance over the last 30 days, including event views, RSVPs, and ticket clicks, as well as important growth metrics like new followers and contacts. We hope this information will help you better understand your audience so you can make data-driven decisions to optimize your marketing strategy. You can view these new insights here.

→ WEEKLY ARTIST REPORT

The new insights available in the Bandsintown for Artists dashboard will also be delivered straight to your inbox every week in our upgraded Weekly Artist Report. This report provides a comprehensive overview of your fan acquisition and engagement, latest campaign stats, and upcoming events, all in one convenient place. Stay up-to-date on your page performance and make informed decisions about your marketing strategy with this valuable resource at your fingertips.

To receive your personalized weekly report, make sure your Email Preferences are updated.

→ EMAIL BUILDER

Our self-serve email marketing platform has been up and running for a few months now, and we're amazed by the creative campaigns you've been sending out. As always, we're dedicated to improving our features to make them even better for our artists and managers. Here are some recent updates we've made:

  • Music blocks are now customizable using your own image and button label, giving your campaign a more personalized aesthetic.

  • Event blocks can now display a date range if an end date is added to your event, providing more clarity about your event schedule to your audience.

To create a campaign using the Email Builder, go to the Bandsintown for Artists Dashboard > Emails

→ MULTI-EVENT IMPORT

We've made some improvements to our Event Import feature to ensure that all valid events are created, even if there are some invalid ones present. If any data needs to be corrected, our system will display a message directing you to the relevant information, making it easier and more efficient for you to fix any issues.

To add multiple events at once, go to the Bandsintown for Artists Dashboard > Events > Import

→ FESTIVALS

  • Artists and managers can add edition-specific information, such as images, links, and descriptions, when creating a festival. The festival will be automatically updated with the specific edition information once it is saved.

  • If our system already contains information that matches the festival you're trying to add, we'll notify you of the existing festival to prevent you from adding it twice. If the alert is incorrect, you can dismiss it and proceed with adding your festival.

To add a festival, go to the Bandsintown for Artists Dashboard > Events > Add Event > Festival

→ EVENT DELETION

While deleting events from your Bandsintown page has always been simple, providing a reason for the deletion can help us identify areas for future product improvements. After deleting an event, you'll now receive a confirmation message that prompts you to select a reason from the dropdown menu and leave any additional notes you'd like to share. We value your feedback and appreciate you taking the time to provide it!

→ HELP CENTER

We are fully committed to providing exceptional resources for artists and their teams, so we’re pleased to reveal our updated Help Center. In addition to new articles and refreshed images, we've completely overhauled the layout and navigation for a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. These improvements make it easier than ever to find the information you need, so you can spend less time searching and more time making great music.
